1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and slotspk14 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 2Eligibility Requirements

• You are a natural person — corporate or artificial entities may not hold player accounts.

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on slotspk14. All duplicate accounts discovered will be permanently closed, and any balances held in those accounts may be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

3.3 Account Security

4Deposits

All deposits to slotspk14 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits may be made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard debit card.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• slotspk14 does not accept deposits from third parties on your behalf.
• Deposit funds are credited to your real-money balance upon successful confirmation by the payment provider.
• slotspk14 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider's own processing times.
• If a deposit is credited in error, you are obliged to notify slotspk14 immediately. Knowingly using erroneously credited funds is considered fraud.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from slotspk14 are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

5.1 Processing Times

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically within 2–6 hours of approval.
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically within 4–12 hours of approval.
• IBFT bank transfer: typically by the next business morning.
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is released.
• Active bonus balances must be fully wagered before withdrawal of any associated real-money balance is permitted.
• slotspk14 may request additional documentation for large withdrawals at its own discretion as part of standard anti-money laundering procedures.
• Withdrawals to a payment method different from your deposit source require additional verification and management approval.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers at slotspk14 are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page for each individual offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus balance (or winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a 10× requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in total bets must be placed.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• slotspk14 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If slotspk14 suspects a player is abusing bonuses — through pattern betting, coordinated account activity or any other method — the relevant bonus and any associated winnings may be voided without notice.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players only. Players who have previously held an account on slotspk14 are not eligible.

7Fair Use, Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on slotspk14:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any game or the platform itself.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring, or using slotspk14 to process funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming entertainment.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected technical error must be reported and will be voided.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Chargebacks on legitimate deposits. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account permanently suspended and the matter referred for recovery.

8.1 Game Outcomes

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the fairness or outcome of any game, slotspk14 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and refund the relevant bets to players' balances. Any winnings paid as a result of a malfunction may be reclaimed by slotspk14 and the affected bets voided.

8.3 Disconnection During Play

If your connection drops during a live game or crash game, slotspk14's server will continue to process the round normally. Auto cash-out settings (where applicable) will be honoured server-side. slotspk14 is not responsible for losses resulting from connection issues on your end.

9Responsible Gaming

10.2 Platform-Initiated Closure or Suspension

slotspk14 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC.

• Violation of a self-exclusion agreement.

Where an account is closed due to Terms breach, slotspk14 reserves the right to void outstanding bonus balances and, in cases of fraud, to withhold real-money balances pending investigation.

11Limitation of Liability

slotspk14 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, slotspk14 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue or anticipated winnings.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
• Losses resulting from your own breach of these Terms.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on your end.
• Game malfunctions caused by third-party software providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any other matter where exclusion would be unlawful under applicable Pakistani law.

12Privacy and Data
